PAINTING RULES

I

All paintings will measure 33x40 centimetres and must be painted horizontally.

II

All paintings will be executed on a transparent primed linen cloth. The color of the linen is vital to give unity to the ensemble. It should be seen somewhere in each painting.

To trace the drawing over the canvas  you only  must use carbon or graphite pencils.

IV

To colour it will be use three colors plus white . These are :  Cobalt blue imitation , Yellow Ocher , Carmin Lacquer and Zinc white. This palette implies that our most neutral and dark black will be the gray as a result  from the neutralization of the three colors.

V

The use of the pure colors tube  should be limited only for restricted areas . This guarantees a mayor surface of tertiary colors. Claim certain the unity of the whole.

VI

All the human figures painted on the paintings should be measure around ten centimetres . Their faces will not have any expressions neither facial feathures and will be synthesized as a smooth volume . The expressions will be deposited on the gestures of the bodies.


VII  

All the scenographic elements must be synthetic, leaving with certain definition only that the narrative supports.

VIII

The scenes point of the view always will be a dive at (30°-60°) degrees.  This allows to give visibillity to the bodis , besides to making it possible trhought the suppresion of walls and roofs to visualize simultaneously  interiors and exteriors. This viewpoint will always leave the horizon out of the picture.


IX

All constructions must be adapted to a geometry in wich the depht will be indicated by a diagonals between 30 and 60 degrees . There will be not a virtual vanishing point where these diagonals meet.


X

Only will be used to painting two brushes that will be given to each member

REGLAS DE PINTURAS
I

Todas pinturas medirán 33x40 centímetros y deben ser pintadas horizontalmente.

II

Todas las pinturas se ejecutarán sobre una tela de lino con imprimación transparente. El color del lino actúa dándole unidad al conjunto. Debe dejarse a la vista en alguna parte de cada pintura.

Para trazar el dibujo en la tela solo se pueden usar lápices carbón o grafito.


IV

Para pintar se usarán tres colores más blanco. Estos son: Azul Cobalto, Ocre Amarillo, Laca Carmín y Blanco de Zinc. Esta paleta implica que nuestro color negro más neutro y oscuro será el gris resultante de la neutralización de los tres colores.

V

Se debe restringir el uso de colores puros del tubo solo a áreas pequeñas. Esto garantiza una mayor superficie de colores terciarios, asegurando unidad en el conjunto.

VI

Todas las figuras humanas pintadas en los cuadros deben medir alrededor de diez centímetros. Sus rostros no tendrán ni rasgos ni expresiones individuales y serán sintetizados como un volumen simple. Las expresiones quedarán depositadas en la gestualidad de los cuerpos.

VII

Todos los elementos escenográficos deben ser sintéticos, dejando con cierta definición solo lo que apoya la narración.

VIII

El punto de vista de las escenas será siempre en picado. Esto permite darle visibilidad a los cuerpos, además de posibilitar mediante la supresión de muros y techos la visualización de interiores y exteriores simultáneamente. Este punto de vista dejará siempre el horizonte fuera de campo.


IX

Todas las construcciones deben ajustarse a una geometría en la que la profundidad estará indicada por diagonales de entre 30 y 60 grados. No habrá punto de fuga virtual donde estas diagonales se encuentren.


X

Sólo se usará para pintar los dos pinceles que se entregarán a cada integrante.
